The ERPNext practice is new. On our own lab server we run ERPNext v16 with demo data and a separate development site; our tools were measured there.

What can be done depends on your setup. On Frappe Cloud shared hosting: UI customisation and scripts; a custom app needs a private bench. On your own server we work with full access.

No. We are an independent service provider with no affiliation to Frappe Technologies. Your hosting and subscription stay with you.
Can you write to our system today?
No. Today we only read: we answer questions, diagnose bugs and write the steps of a change. Writing will open on a test site, with your approval, after our quality exam.
Who will touch our live system?
No change goes straight to live. Test site, automatic gate and your own test first; live only with your approval and after a backup.
Which ERPNext versions do you work with?
Our lab runs ERPNext v16. For other versions we state it plainly after seeing your setup.
